An exhibition sponsored by EXPO 2015 Milan. A historical and archaeological research, which made it possible to exhibit finds, objects, graphic reconstructions and three-dimensional wooden models, through which we can learn what the ancient diet was in Canosa, what was traded and produced from the 6th century BC to the 4th century AD Through an educational display case, which preserves real food elements, it will be possible to download the ancient recipes and offer them at home.
